The Texas Food & Fuel Association Legislative Summit connects members of the Texas Legislature with convenience retailers and fuel marketers.  This event happens once every other year and provides a platform for industry stakeholders to speak directly with policymakers to discuss priorities, share ideas, and help build a bridge between the public and private sector.

SUMMIT SCHEDULE


Here’s how it works:
All you have to do is show up, we’ll take care of the rest!  Before you speak directly with lawmakers, the Texas Food & Fuel Association prepares you with onsite training and briefing materials, including:
- Scheduling your meetings and pairing you with an experienced team leader;
- Providing training and briefing materials on a few top legislative priorities; and
- Coordinating onsite logistics for your entire Legislative Summit experience.

Due to the legislative session, numerous political activities, and demand for sleeping rooms during this time, we urge you to make a room reservation early. Remember, it is easier to cancel a room reservation than to secure a room after the room cut-off dates.  Austin is busy when the Legislature is in session and with the high demand of other corporate and association meetings.

Cancellations must be received by email no later than Monday, February 17, 2025.  Notice of cancellation should be emailed to kwallace@tffa.com

 

Please note if you cancel your meeting registration, it does not constitute cancellation of your hotel reservations. Contact ahicks@tffa.com if you need to cancel your room reservation.  The room reservation could be used for another attendee.
