Shields, Harper & Co is a PEI distributor founded in California in 1917. 

We provide sales, training, project management, and media services for fueling systems, foodservice equipment, retail automation, and EV charging, addressing these verticals in a programmatic fashion including four managed inventory programs.

We formerly focused our efforts west of the Rockies, but recent widespread mergers and acquisitions in our space have led us to drop any previously self-imposed geographical limitations. Today we operate nationwide, and it isn't lost on us that Texas is #1 in cstore population. 

In contrast to the empire building being witnessed as other massive PE-funded distributor-contractors pursue their own versions of market takeover, we do not build or service locations, and we are not moving to your town. 

Instead, we at SHC are here to form coalition partnerships to strengthen and work with your local independent operators (marketers, builders, servicers) as they fend off competition they now face, whether hostile or passive.
