The Texas Food & Fuel Association staff meet this week to develop a preliminary schedule and brainstorm ideas for the 2018 Southwest Fuel & Convenience Expo.  The 3 day event will be held May 9 - 11 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center & Grand Hyatt in San Antonio, TX.  An official schedule will be made available as soon as details are finalized.
