The sold-out 2022 Southwest Fuel & Convenience Expo, produced by the Texas Food & Fuel Association, was held June 20-22 in San Antonio. More than 1,500 attendees and exhibitors filled the Expo hall Tuesday and Wednesday. Attendees perused nearly 300 exhibits, including products and services ranging from foodservice programs, software, car wash equipment, EV chargers, gaming to petroleum tanks and transports. If you utilize it in wholesale or retail fuel distribution, it was there.
 
The event started off with a Casino Kick-Off Party, where nearly 400 industry professionals gambled the night away (with play money, of course) for chances to win one of the many prizes available. The Casino Party is a fundraiser for the TFFA Scholarship Foundation put on by the Wranglers Council, a supportive group of supplier and vendor members of TFFA. We thank all of the Wranglers for their hard work.
 
Tuesday morning started off with the sold-out TFFA PAC Golf Tournament held at the beautiful TPC San Antonio at the JW Marriot, home of the Valero Open. Each golfer also received an RTIC 12-can soft cooler with the TFFA logo. Thank you to the generous sponsors of the golf tournament.
 
Many of the majors held brand meetings in conjunction with the Expo, including CITGO, Delek, ExxonMobil, Marathon, Motiva/Shell and Valero. Brand meetings are a very important component of the Expo, helping draw attendees.
