ARG Petro Announces Robert Eggleston as Chief Executive Officer, Strengthening Leadership for the Future

Effective immediately, Robert Eggleston has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Illan Arguindegui will continue in his role as President, working closely alongside Robert to further strengthen our strategy, culture, and long term growth.

Robert is an industry veteran whose experience spans the entire fuel supply chain, from refinery operations and refined product trading and marketing to the wholesale and dealer network, as well as owning and operating his own retail and fuel logistics company. He has been working alongside Illan and the executive team for the past nine months as Chief Strategy Officer, during which time meaningful operational and structural improvements have already been implemented across the organization. His industry knowledge and hands on experience bring significant depth and value to ARG Petro as we continue to grow.

We are also proud to announce that Alfonso Arguindegui and Charlie Arguindegui will serve on the Board of Directors and remain majority stakeholders in the company, with Alfonso serving as Chairman of the Board. This structure reinforces strong governance, continuity, and long term vision across the organization.
