Booking Dates Extended for the Omni Fort Worth Hotel

The deadline for booking a room for the Southwest Fuel & Convenience Expo with a discounted rate at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel has been extended to Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

The discounted rate is $225 (+ tax) for a single or double room.

The Omni Hotel is located directly across from the Fort Worth Convention Center in downtown Fort Worth.

If you need to leave the conference early, the hotel will charge an early departure fee. There is a fee of one night room cost plus tax if you must leave prior to your scheduled departure date.

If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please do not cancel your hotel reservation on your own – contact Annette Hicks at 512.617.4302 and allow her to cancel it for you. That way the room will remain in the Southwest Fuel & Convenience Expo block and be available for others.
