Couche-Tard to sell up to 71 c-stores to Empire Petroleum

Canadian-based Couche-Tard has agreed to sell up to 71 c-stores with fuel islands to TFFA member Empire Petroleum Partners.  The transaction, subject to customary regulatory and closing conditions, is expected to close in the second quarter of fiscal 2018.
