The Texas Financial Crimes Intelligence Center, a part of the Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation, recently release an educational document for fuel retailers and wholesalers on what to look for at the pump to detect skimmers, pulsar tampering and fuel theft. The document includes many photos showing great detail to educate your clerks, managers, drivers and service techs.
