D&H United Fueling Solutions is Prepared to Get Retailers Back in Business
TFFA member D&H United Fueling Solutions has served Petroleum Marketers since 1939 and continues that mission today. In response to the devastation caused by Harvey, D&H United Fueling Solutions has implemented the ongoing plan below:
- Communications
- Ongoing communications team handling internal and customer communications over the time of the storm/floods.
- Employees and Facilities
- Our first priority has been the safety of our employees and families
- All D&H facilities and equipment are in good shape
- Customers
- Prior to the storm we have been working with customers to help them prepare for the storm
- On Friday we were taking calls when many companies were not
- Over the weekend we have been helping customers assess damage from the hurricane and also to help keep stores running
- On August 28, 2017 we have deployed teams down to the coastal areas to assess and help with stores that were impacted by the Hurricane
- Resources
- San Antonio is fully staffed and available to help
- Houston is fully staffed and ready to help but is subject to being able to get to stores due to flooding and road conditions
- We have backup resources from DFW and west Texas standing by to mobilize and help and serve customers if needed
- Our tank cleaning and water removal resources are available
- Total technicians, construction and electrician resources available if needed to mobilize is 150
