The waiver allows for the use of USLD in lieu of TxLED in the 110 TxLED counties, and the use of conventional gasoline in lieu of oxygenated gasoline in El Paso County. Both fuel waivers run through March 5, 2021, although, retail outlets and wholesale purchaser-consumers may continue selling or dispensing the authorized alternate fuel after March 5, 2021, until their supplies are depleted.
