Flood Threat From Tropical Storm Cristobal

Hurricane & Severe Weather Information
Flood Threat From
Tropical Storm Cristobal

June 4, 2020

UPDATED: 4PM

Based on the current track, the heaviest rainfall and possible flood impacts are expected east of the WGRFC area.  There is the possibility of locally heavy rainfall over portions of East Texas.  Even then, soils have dried recently and widespread significant runoff is not expected with the current rainfall forecast.  Widespread river flooding is not expected, but we will watch this situation until Cristobal is no longer a threat.

Please follow the National Hurricane Center for the latest tropical information on Cristobal.
