The deadline for the discounted room rate is May 25, so don’t delay! The rate for a single or double room is $225 + tax. Check-In is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

The hotel provides valet parking at a rate of $34 + tax per night/per vehicle which includes overnight parking with unlimited in and out privileges. Oversized vehicles are $46 + tax per night/per vehicle.

Also available is city-operated self-parking at a rate of $22 per vehicle with no in/out privileges located in the parking garage adjacent to the hotel. The garage entrance is located on 11^th Street between Houston Street and Throckmorton Street, one block north of the Omni Hotel.

If you need to leave the conference early, the hotel will charge an early departure fee. There is a fee of one night room cost plus tax if you must leave prior to your scheduled departure date.

If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please do not cancel your hotel reservation on your own – contact Annette Hicks at 512.617.4302 and allow her to cancel it for you. That way the room will remain in the Southwest Fuel & Convenience Expo block and be available for others.
