On November 2, 2017, Max McBrayer, Chief Supply Officer and Chief Financial Officer for RacTrac testified before the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce, Subcommittee on Energy.  The testimony, which centered on "The 2017 Hurricane Season: A Review of Emergency Response and Energy Infrastructure Recovery Efforts," mentions the Texas Food & Fuel Association (TFFA) and includes several of its key points throughout — including TFFA's position regarding the need for a greater education and awareness social media presence to curb potential panic that places an undue strain on supply during disasters.
