EPA Extends Tx Low Emission Diesel Waiver Until March 25, 2021
Attached is the letter to extend the waiver on the use of USLD within the 110 County Area in lieu of Texas Low-Emission Diesel. The waiver extends until March 25th for sales of ULSD into the 110 County Area without the TxLED additive.
