TABC Update: 2025 Compliance Reports

Businesses can start filing compliance reports Jan. 1

Businesses must complete a 2025 compliance report (i.e., self-inspection) between January 1 and June 30, 2025, for each of their TABC-licensed or permitted locations in Texas if the primary license or permit was originally issued in 2023 or before. No compliance report is due in 2025 for licenses and permits originally issued in 2024 or after. They will conduct these reports in the Alcohol Industry Management System (AIMS).

To conduct a compliance report between Jan. 1 and June 30, 2025:

Log in to AIMS on an Android or Apple mobile device in the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browser app.

You’ll first answer a series of questions about the business’s operations (this part can be done at or away from the business premises).

You'll then be prompted to take certain photos at the premises (you must be present on the premises to complete this portion of the report).

Visit the TABC Compliance Reporting page for more resources on how to prepare for and conduct compliance reports in AIMS.
