Brian Francis, Executive Director will lead the discussion of the new Motor Fuel Quantity/Quality program now administered by TDLR. This will give attendees the latest information on Meter Device Registration, Calibration, and the recently adopted rules. The session will wrap up with a Q & A session that will allow for individual questions to be posed to the TDLR staff.

Join John Keller, to compare a few notes on your UST facilities. Are you ready for January 2021 to begin the mandated 30-day walk-through inspection on your UST facility? How about testing your Spill/Overfill Buckets? Or your sumps? All this and more will be covered during this session.

The session will end with an expanded focus on your questions to include how to develop a checklist for compliance with the 30-day inspection, what options are available for testing of spill buckets and sumps, and any questions on the installation and implementation of the EMV standards for credit card transactions.

Glenn Hegar, Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, will give attendees a true look at the first 3 quarters of 2020 and what the Comptroller's Economists are predicting as we close out the year 2020. In addition, he'll share the preliminary look at the state's budget and revenue projections for the next bi-annum.
