TFFA Immediate Past Chairman Madalyne Lange Retires from Douglass Distributing
TFFA immediate Past Chairman Madalyne Lange officially retired from Douglass Distributing on July 21st. Madalyne completed just over 30 years with Douglass Distributing and over 38 years in the industry. She started out as an employee of Schneider Energy in Gainesville, TX (Exxon distributorship), which was purchased by Douglass Distributing. She has been in accounting, field auditing, packaged goods deliveries, and more. She really has “done it all” in terms of the various positions within a small growing distributorship. She grew along with the young company from the early 1980’s to present, from 20 employees to 430 employees.
Madalyne is known for her consistent, unwavering integrity that has helped her succeed in this industry. Her rock-solid judgement and conservative principles helped her be a very effective leader and build a strong team that will carry on in her absence. We congratulate Madalyne on a very successful tenure at Douglass Distributing and wish her the best during her much deserved retirement.
