TFFA: Southwest Fuel & Convenience Expo Cancelled

Out of an abundance of caution due to the increased uncertainty of the COVID-19 climate, the Texas Food & Fuel Association leadership has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Southwest Fuel & Convenience Expo, scheduled for September 16-18 in San Antonio. While this event is the highlight of the year for TFFA members and the industry, attendee and exhibitor safety is our main concern.

TFFA members have responded creatively to the COVID-19 pandemic, and TFFA will do so as well. A Digital Solutions Guide with exhibitor information will launch in the coming months so that retailers and fuel marketers are able to access the latest and greatest products and services the industry has to offer. TFFA asks that you please give exhibitors an opportunity to earn your business for your future product and service purchases.

The TFFA staff will be working with registrants, exhibitors, and sponsors directly in the coming days. We ask for your patience as we finalize the process.

This certainly was a difficult decision and one that the TFFA Executive Council and Board of Directors weighed heavily. We appreciate your continued support of TFFA and the industry.

P.S. Mark your calendars for the 2021 Southwest Fuel & Convenience Expo, June 6-8 in Fort Worth.
