VP Racing Fuels Inc., known for racing and performance fuel products, is
changing its name to "VP Racing" and refreshing its logo, the company said in a
news release Thursday. Chief Executive Alan Cerwick said the updated identity
better reflects the company's expanded product line.

In addition to more than 80 custom-formulated racing fuels, VP in the last 10
years has added products such as motor oil, outdoor equipment fuels, fuel
additives, coolants, appearance products, jug containers, diesel contamination
prevention and specialty chemicals.

VP, headquartered in San Antonio, also has branded about 400 gas stations, oil
change centers, car washes and marinas, the announcement said.
