Valero Releases Update on Refining Operations

Valero’s Corpus Christi and Three Rivers refineries, which supply gasoline and diesel to the San Antonio, South Texas and Austin markets, were shut down during Hurricane Harvey, but are currently in the process of restarting operations. In the meantime, Valero continues to supply its Valero-branded customers in these markets at slightly reduced volumes. We anticipate our supply returning to normal levels in these markets as these refineries resume full operations in the next several days.
In the Dallas market, Valero has continued to supply its Valero-branded customers with fuel at near-normal volumes.
The Houston area is still experiencing extensive flooding, which is hampering distribution of available fuel. Our Houston and Texas City refineries continued to operate at reduced rates through Hurricane Harvey, and will increase rates as distribution infrastructure allows.
