VP Racing Fuels Enters Mexico

VP Racing Fuels has extended its international reach, expanding its retail
branding program to Mexico through an agreement with its first distributor in
the country, Consultores Internacionales Bisonte S.A. DE C.V.

The partnership to brand VP gasoline stations and convenience stores in Mexico
has several retailers in the northern state of Chihuahua already signed up,
Consultores' David Horcasitas said in a joint statement Monday. According to
Consultores' Raul Horcasitas, "The market in Mexico is ready for a fuel station
brand like VP Racing, with its many advanced automotive products," the
statement added.

VP is branding gas stations and c-stores across the U.S., which provide
distribution points for VP racing fuel and its other product lines, including:
ethanol-free VP Small Engine Fuels, formulated for 2- and 4-cycle outdoor power
equipment; VP Madditive (R) performance chemicals; VP Hi-Performance
Lubricants; VP PowerWash (TM); and VP PowerMaster (R) hobby fuels for R/C
racing.

VP Racing anticipates reaching 100 retail locations in Mexico in 2019, the San
Antonio-based company said. "Initial emphasis will be on establishing a
distributor network and branded sites in Chihuahua, Monterrey, Mexico City, and
the Baja Peninsula."

"This is truly exciting," Alan Cerwick, VP Racing Fuels President and CEO, said
in the statement.

"We love the great country of Mexico, and its vibrant people," he added. "We
look forward to welcoming them all to the VP family and servicing them with our
technologically advanced VP products, born from our racing fuel heritage and
race-proven performance."

VP Racing Fuels, promoted as the "World leader in Race Fuel Technology," said
it is the official racing fuel of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship,
AMA Supercross, NMRA, NMCA, World of Outlaws Sprint Cars and Late Models,
Pirelli World Challenge, PDRA and Rally America, among more than 60
VP-sponsored series and sanctioning bodies.

VP Racing's international dealers and distributors include entities in Latin
American countries such as Brazil, Colombia, Bolivia, Honduras and the
Dominican Republic, according to its website, as well as in Europe, the Middle
East, Africa and the Pacific Rim.
